The ratio between registered capital and total investment volume
The ratio is as in the following form. When the investment being increased, the added registered capital and added investment volume should also accord with this ratio.

The time limit of providing funds
A. If it is prescribed in the joint-venture contract (rule) that the investment funds should be paid in a lump sum, all parties should provide funds within the following limits counted from the issue of the business license.

B. If it is prescribed in the joint-venture contract (rule) that the funds should be in installments, the first funds of each party should be at least 15% of their investment funds and be paid within 3 months from the issue of the business license, with the rest to be paid according to the above form.
